I have to dress in Sunday clothes and go with Mum to church.

Monday is an awful day I hate it as a rule,

For that�s the day that starts me off on another week at school.

Tuesday I don�t mind at all it isn�t very bad

�Cause Mummy meets me at the school to go out to tea with Dad.

Wednesday we play football with another teacher�s class,

So I�m not in any hurry to see the day go past.

Thursday night I like a lot,we all go for a swim,

Daddy takes us in the car, it�s always fun with him.

Friday is a lovely day for school is almost done,

The bell rings loud at four o�clock and we run home full of fun.

Saturday is twice as good as any other day.

For then I get my pocket money and have all day to play

So why can�t we arrange it, I�m sure there�s lots of ways

To give to every boy and girl a week of Saturdays

THE TALKING BEAR

I have a talking teddy bear

Who talks to me all night,

But he only talks when I�m asleep,

So he isn�t very bright

MAN

Once I had a lovely man

Made from Gingerbread,

With button eyes and button nose,

I ate him - so he�s dead
